Welcome!

My goal for this blog, I guess, is for it to be one of those weird safe quiet spots on the internet that a specific brand of people know about and hang out on! Sort of like a secret grove or something but it's on the internet? As for the 'specific brand of people' i'm referring to, well that's you! Im guessing (hoping) you're the super awesome-sauce, weird, 'off-putting' teenagers that have interests in the odd and unloved? That was a bit dramatic... anyways! I'm talking: you like random specific animals (mythical or not), creepy music, niche (by 'niche' I mean it, i'm not just being pretentious!) movies, and trinkets like bones and teeth and god knows what. You might be the people with questionable pasts in the mental health department, and maybe some of you, like me, are neuro-divergent! You might secretly miss being a kid so bad it makes you cry and you (even if it's deep deep down) really just want to be seen for you.

And if you do happen to be neuro-divergent like me (my specific flavor is autism, who would have guessed?) I want there to be places on the internet that other neuro-divergent teenagers like me can see and know that there are others just like them out there. Probably a large handful of which have the exact same niche hyper-fixations and interests as each other. And no, it doesn't matter if you're diagnosed, if you feel 'different', this is the place for you!

My specific personal brand of weirdness tends to come from my hyper-fixations. Such AS... I adore   media like Bones and All, I Believe in Unicorns, Nicole Dollananger, Paramore, Ethel Cain,Hannibal, Lord of the Rings, The Secret History, The Black Phone, IT, Searows, Phoebe Bridgers, Super 8 and I saw the tv glow (Also I want to mention this, I don't draw the line at only western or English speaking media, I love media from other countries too, and I've had some intense fixations on dramas from all.   over, mainly Asia and Europe so far and i'm always excited to watch anything that matches my vibe, no matter what language it's in)
